The money is not important but this is unjustified.I booked ticket through Yatra for me and my husband for *th November,**** and availed their Cancellation Protection Policy.Later Indigo changed flight as the earlier flight was cancelled.This did not reflect on Yatra.So I mailed Yatra that I need to cancel a passenger,but the new details are not showing on Yatra.Yatra didnt allow me to cancel and asked me to do it through airlines, so I did.When I received refund mail I contacted yatra about my cancellation coverage,Yatra said I cant avail it as I cancelled directly with airlines.My point is, Yatra never told me that there is no option to cancel a passenger if trip gets updated by airlines.So yatra did not give me any option to cancel,and then in turn said I am not eligible for coverage.Yatra should have had a disclaimer that they cant cancel flights in case it is updated my the airlines,right?
