Yatra - Misguiding for Refunds and scamming

Hi,
I had booked flights from yatra.com from Mumbai to Male and return for * passengers. I cancelled mumbai to male on medical grounds and rescheduled the return flight. Spoke to Indigo for medical exceptions and they refunded full amount for one passenger and partial for the other. I was initially told by Suraj customer service agent at Yatra that they will not apply any service charge. But after Indigo issued refund to Yatra.com of *****rs they charged service fee and deducted promotional discount of roughly ****rs. When I called Yatra customer service again Suraj said he will waive off **** rs for one passenger. But then later in the evening today received an email without those waived off charges.
