Yatra - flight cancelled refund not received yet

I had booked a ticket from kolkata to bangalore for feb *th on *st jan, i had to cancel the flights cause of personal reason, but i cancelled under the dgca policy, to get full refund. they said as soon as the airline processes the refund, they would process from yatra's end within **hrs.
its already * days since i cancelled i havent received the refund yet, i had called indigo to confirm if they had processed it from their end, and the customer care confirmed it. it was also reflecting on their website. but yatra kept denying and said they are yet to receive from indigo.
on *th jan and raised an email to their support team with the same, on *th morning i received reply that they refund has been processed and will be processed from yatra's end in ** hrs, and i would recive an update when its done, its **jan today, so it is already **hrs and i havent received any update.
