Yatra com - Yatra not refunding

On ** May **** I was booking for hotel on yatra.com however due to fault on there website my account got debited of Rs **** but there was no booking confirmation, on numerous follow up with there customer care they finally said that on ** Jun **** that they have refunded the money, I informed that I need to rebook the hotel and my money is stuck with them, which is leading to confusion and mental harassment as I need to book hotel, somehow I managed to book the hotel by managing my finances which caused a lot of stress, even after several reminders to customer Care yatra, assured me that the refund has been issued but till now the refund has not been credited to my account, even after several communication with my bank, bank refused the refund and informed to contact merchant, which I informed yatra in several communication, but yatra is totally ignoring my plight and harassing me with rhetoric message of contacting my bank for claim, this attitude is causing lot of mental harassment and pain to me, therefore yatra refund my money as I’m exhausted asking for refund
