I cancelled my two flights that I'd booked through Yatra.com . After deducing airline charges and yatra fees and surges I would receive a refund of Rs. ****. However when I check my refund status it shows no refund request for my booking ref no. Also I haven't received any refund related mail so far. I cant connect to their customer care as there is no official helpline nos. for domestic flights neither are they replying to my mails or acknowledging my issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
