Booked airticket for * family members on *th march ****. Flight from Turkish airlines booked using Yatra.com but flight did not take place on **th June **** due to
airline cancelled it, as per policy I opted for full refund both company agreed and said its in Process.
Since then its been more than * months not getting answers or my refund not even getting email response only standard reply as refund delayed from turkish airline.
so I contacted turkish airline to know the truth but they said otherwise and I have audio recordings for the same as they have not received any refund request
my ticket is on Open status and Yatra.com has to start refund request. contacted yatra again but instead of request for refund they gave same reason again
so contacted Turkish airline but they said from **th august they have started refunds to everyone without any constraint so if yatra request for my refund then
they will process it in a week time at most. so I contacted yatra to request for refund if not done yet and also provide me request reference and any relevant
details but instead they responded with same old text saying its turkish airline who has not processed it yet.
So I am frustrated now contacting both sides but not getting my money back and I am sure these people are playing it up intentionally to delay refund for few more
month or may be they don't wish to refund it at all. Its all false practice not as per aviation industry standards when airline is willing to process refund
