I've Booked An International Flight Ticket From Bangalore To Melbourne On **th Feb ****, To Travel Between *th April To **th April. The Flight Was Booked With Malaysian Airlines Via Yatra.Com. Due To The Covid Pandemic, Travel Has Been Banned Between India & Australia. Even after repeated consultations with Yatra's support team, I did not get any response from them.
Malaysian Airlines in the meanwhile announced a hold of the amount which could be re-used to travel till June ****. This was subsequently extended till Dec ****.
Now, Sept ****, I am trying to make a booking on Malaysian Airlines, and now the airline tells me that they have refunded the money to my travel agent. I was never given any intimation of such a refund being raised. I cannot find my booking details on Yatra portal now and am not receiving any response from Yatra on the refund.
I'd want to make a booking and would need a refund of the amount to my account.
