I am extremely disappointed with my two most recent purchases, both of which have been compromised in unacceptable ways. I would like to highlight the issues faced and seek an immediate resolution without any further delays.
Order from Yuris:
The product I received was evidently used, with clear signs of wear and tampering. When I tried to return the item, the delivery agent instructed me to raise a formal complaint instead of processing the return, which added unnecessary inconvenience.
Order from Qissa:
I was supposed to receive a green kurta with red pants, but instead, I received a green kurta with green pants. When I initiated a return, the delivery agent denied pickup, claiming that the item I was returning was incorrect, even though the mistake was entirely on your end.
I would sincerely like to understand where I am at fault here. I placed my orders in good faith, and yet I find myself wasting considerable time and effort to resolve issues that have arisen purely due to mistakes on Myntra’s part. I feel frustrated that I am being put through this process despite having done nothing wrong.
I have made multiple attempts to get these issues resolved, but so far, nothing has worked. The items I received were either used or incorrect, and now I am being blocked from returning them

Myntra - Order showing delivered Closed
Order is showing delivered. But the order has not received by anyone. I have not received any call or msg or anything from the Myntra. They usually give OTP before delivery. They have not given anything and showed a status as delivered....
