Myntra - No return option on app Asking me to ship the fragile product

Ordered a dinner set from Myntra, quality is utter garbage.
Received the product on **th Nov '** (today), Now there is no option to return the order on the same day itself !!
Nor the customer care is able to help, they are asking me to ship the product to them, reason being the pin code is unserviceable according to them. The same pincode they delivered on the same day.
I'm a resident of New Delhi, at the heart of the city. They are just trying to make it very difficult for customers to return or exchange products. Intentionally making the process difficult causing mental trauma to customers.
Please help !!
