I have been a long customer in myntra but since a year its service has detoriated like anything.
In every order there’s an issue. My recent purchase was delivered without tag and the pick up agent did not accept it . I had complained that the tag is missing with images. How bad can it be.
Holding customers refund and harassing them to call and resolve there issues.
Worst worst worst customer service ever
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
