ON AMAZON INDIA, I ORDERED LEVIS JEANS *** JEANS AT **ST DECEMBER ****. I GOT THE DELIVERY AT *RD JANUARY ****. IMMEDIATELY, AFTER THE DELIVERY I REGISTERED THE COMPLAIN ON CUSTOMER CARE FOR WRONGLY DELIVERED PRODUCT. PARALLELLY, THEY HAVE ACCEPT THE PRODUCT WITHOUT VERIFICATION ADVISE BY COURIER BOY & AMAZON HAS PICKED UP AT **TH JANUARY ****. NOW AMAZON IS NOT ISSUING MY REFUND FOR THEIR WRONGLY DELIVERED PRODUCT. I MADE SEVERAL TWEETS ON TWITTER WITH PROOF OF UNBOXING THE PACKAGE. HOWEVER, SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM HAS ADVISE ME TO APPROACH CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AT **/**/****. AT THIS DATE THEY FLAG MY ACCOUNT WITH ORANGE TICK. ALSO I RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM OFM@AMAZON.IN FOR THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY DELIVERED THE CORRECT PRODUCT, WHEREAS I RECEIVED THE BUFFALO BRANCH BLACK USED JEANS. SERIOUSLY THEY ARE JUST MAKING SHRUG OFF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS ORDER.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
