I placed two orders from Amazon on May **, ****, and another on September **, ****; both orders were delivered to me, but the product was incorrect and defective. I initiated a return, and they picked up the order, but no refund was issued. I contacted customer service, but they were extremely rude and did not assist me at all, and I am now left without the product or money. Their support initially promised that I would receive a refund, but after a week, they denied it, and they committed fraud against me twice within the same year. On amazon app it’s showing that they lost the picked up order in transit.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
