Tata Cliq - Wrong product sent and denying refund after picking up the product

I had ordered for a titan watch through Tatacliq website on **th of January **** and it was delivered on **th January ****.When I opened the box, I found that a different watch was sent in place of the product I had placed an order for. After learning this, I filed a return request and the product was picked up successfully within a span of * to * hours and after this, I was waiting for the proper resolution but on *nd of February, it was updated in the tatacliq App that the refund cannot be issued as the product has failed quality check. Sion after the incident, I began to call to their customer care number and try to get the updates by explaining the whole issue. They kept saying that they are looking into the issue and would require * to * days to look into the issue and this went on for a couple of days, but to no avail. At the end, they said that they have investigated and cannot refund my amount. The person called Safrudeen Kareem interacted with me saying that he is from the escalation department and would be looking into the issue. He did ask for the photos of my office and all, to which I asked him to send a mail if it is really needed, later there was no mail or anything. Today the same person called and informed that the investigation is complete and they cannot refund. I did tell them that how can they do this after picking up the product to which they blamed the logistics partner. This has literally been a mental torture for me so far, they have been alleging me like a criminal without understanding the actual problem or properly getting the details. I request you to kindly consider the case and do the justice
