Dear Team,
I, Vikram Kumar Arya, Residing in Lucknow UP, ordered a HP laptop for my younger brother residing in Patna Bihar, on **.**.****. The scheduled delivery was expected on *st dec **** but they provide me on **.**.****. After opening the box, there is no HP laptop inside the packet/cartoon. Some Kids books were available inside the packet. My brother immediately lodged a complaint regarding the wrong product. The customer care support have been passing my cases to one executive to another. Numerous follow up have been made through mail, Flipkart app, twitter, LinkedIn but i am still struggling with flipkart. They are unable to solve my issue and refund my amount. Every time i reopen my compliant but they always closed the case without any solution. I am mentally stressed due to big amount. My EMI has been also started but no help from flipkart. Therefore, i request to you please lodge a complaint against Flipkart and resolve my issue and i got my money back including EMI amount. I have already lodge a complaint in consumer forum with docket No-*******. Current status is "Flipkart will revert on it"
