Flipkart - Defective Product Order ID Request for Replacement Refund

am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the product “House of Pataudi Genuine Leather Lace-Up Shoes for Men”, ordered on **th September and delivered on *nd October (Order ID: OD******************).

Within just ** days of delivery and barely * uses, the shoes have completely torn and come apart from the sole, as clearly visible in the attached photographs. This level of damage in such a short time indicates poor product quality and manufacturing defect.

Despite the fact that the return window ended on **th October, this kind of product failure is unacceptable for a branded leather shoe and is clearly covered under product quality assurance.

I request you to kindly take immediate action by providing one of the following resolutions:

Full Refund, OR

Replacement with a new pair of the same model
