Flipkart - Flipkart Return not getting pickup and request getting cancelled

I have order a badminton racket from flipkart. After receiving it, i didn't like the quality of that and initiate the return on the very sane day. After initiating the request, on the next day i got msg out for pickup , i waited all day ,but nobody came and in evening i got a msg saying sorry due to some reasons we couldn't pick up your item will reattempt tomorrow. It has been ** days I'm getting same msg daily. I've raised complaint also but they're not doing anything
