- Wrong product received and now they creating a problem in returning Open

I ordered a pink crop top from KHURSHID GARMENTS Women's; however, instead of the pink one, which arrived in the wrong product department, I received a black crop top on April *, ****. I took urgent action regarding this. I wanted to return that item, but when an XpressBees executive came to collect it, he said, "The product and the images don't match, so I will not take the product. Like seriously, that's why I'm returning it." He then cancelled my return process because it was not matched, so I sought assistance from the help centre. On my first call, which was rude, the representative said, "I won't help; this product can't be returned," but on my second call, which I made after briefly phoning them, he accepted the return and started the return procedure, but the xpressbees person never showed up to pick up the package. I then called them again, but they didn't even return my call or respond to my message.
