Eshwari filed complaint against Meesho on Jan 7, 2025
I ordered the product ( Product ID : *****************) three months ago(Last week of October). After receiving the product we figured out that there was a heavy dent in the utensil.Due to that we decided to return the product by escalating the issue towards the meesho consumer platform.But after all unsuccessful attempts we were getting only lame responses from the side of meesho. Like they would initiate a return request process for the concerned product but they would eventually deny it by giving vague reasons such as "Unavailability of return pickup partners". This was the frequent response from the side of meesho for nearly more than a month. We are deeply unsatisfied due to the non responsive nature of the meesho.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
