Meesho - Not Taking Return for an Product and providing refund

Ordered for an bottle scrubber but received it in an slightly damaged condition which will be harmful while use,so i tried to return it * to * times but got failed quality check is the reply i got after * return rejection. Then there is no update of return, i waited for another return pickup in process but no response and no one came to pickup,where app showed rein process,but when i contacted about this they said return period is over we cannot help in return. I want to return it and i want refund.
