Ajio Reliance Trend - Wrong product received

I returned two items on the same day that is a shoe and a track pants. The return request of the shoe was automatically cancelled claiming that it was non ajio product and it was send back to me. But instead of receiving the shoe back, it was the track pants inside the package to which I had already received the refund. There might have been a mix up with the shoe and track pants from ajio's side. When I receive the product back, the return date was already over and there was no tag on the product. I wrote several times to ajio and finnally they agreed that I can return the track pants for a refund but once it was returned, I got a mail saying that the package is again send back to me under the claim that its a non ajio product. I didn't not accept the package when it was being delivered back to me. Now I don't have the product nor the refund.
