I ordered a shoes but they deliver Slippers instead.Immediately I put a return request and called delivery guy who just declined the call.After that I raised return request in App and called customer care they told me share unboxing video.Even after attaching that they are not returning the product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
