Ajio Reliance Trend - Ajio not returning my money order not delivered to me

On ** July **** I have placed an order with several items in cart.
But till today I haven't received refund for * order.It just shows status as delivery attempted. it's neither delivered nor amount refunded.I'm tired of raising complaints and writing to ajio support. They just close the ticket or they just tell me that amount is refunded( in this they mention refund amount for other articles)
But for the order of ***.** rs they don't answer me that when it will get refunded.
I really need help
