I had ordered * Fort Collins Single breasted Blazers from Ajio on **th October ****, which were delivered on **nd October ****. It was/It is clearly mentioned in the product description that the product offers easy * days returns/exchange. The blazers don't fit me well, so it's a waste for me. However, now when I'm trying to return the product, Ajio is claiming that the product is non-returnable. It is also mentioned in the policies that apparel is returnable commodity. After mailing them multiple times, I am receiving no solution. I have ordered extensively from Ajio & other e commerce websites but never encountered such a problem. They are providing me with fraudulent information that the product in non returnable
