I purchased a mattress from Pepperfry recently. In the product description, they have mentioned it as a queen size mattress. I am being a layman didn't have much idea regarding the dimensions. Later noticed that even though in the site it says queen the dimensions are of a double mattress. I contacted customer care regarding this. They are not ready to listen. The product has not been delivered yet still not ready to replace it with the correct one. The customer care kept on harassing me. The company is not trustworthy at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
