I ordered a MK bag for my MIL as a gift. Received an incorrect product, without a product tag and just a bill. I raised the return immediately and its been over ** days now. First ** days they made faulty return attempted scans, when escalated with CS they did not take any action. After several calls, they sent a person today (after ** days) and he refused to take it back as there was no product tag. That was the problem since Day * and Ive received NO resolution. The CS team does NO research, never transfers the contact to supervisors as there isn’t anyone available and keeps sending inhuman scripts.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
