Ajio.com - Wrong product delivered

I have purchased Rayban sunglass Model **** ***/**** on *st may **** and was delivered to me on **th may. To my surprise when opened the box i totally got different Rayban model **** which is totally fraud. I have unboxing video record proof of it. So i have sent many mails regarding the issue with video proof and images as per told from their end, also i have asked them about the cctv footage from their end but they failed to provide me. I requested for return pick up but now they have cancelled it too.
Do help me in retrieving my refund amount. I have proof of invoice, wrong product images and unboxing video.
