Ajio.com - Refund not received

An item with return ID RT******** was returned and accepted by Ajio, a refund for which was initiated on **th Oct **** to the source account (Paytm wallet). No amount was received, following which a complaint was filed on **st Oct **** with complaint ID COM*********** to be resolved by *th Nov ****. No updates or refund received, contacted the Ajio customer service several times too.
