Actually I have ordered a Mi fitness band and I got delivered a kids watch which was literally of no use for me then after that I requested a return policy and tried for legit * days it says that request rejected and they even send you a email that why request was rejected I have sent them every document they said to share , and now it's been * months I'm trying to get refund they are saying it's not possible I don't know what to do now
