I placed order for nokia *** on **/aug/**** in jio mart and nokia *** which wrong product got delivered on **/aug/**** as my father received order they don't know much about online process when I came back from outstation on ** August and when checked delivered product invoice was not available with delivered box and return order placed on **/aug/**** also called jio customer care more than ** times they gave me Target date to pickup was **/sep/**** but still pick up not planned not even single call from jiomart care.
Please let me know how to solve this else please let me know process to complaint in consumer court for solution.
