Hi
So I ordered from this company called luxismark.com and they have a huge social presence on Instagram and their website.
I wanted to buy a Diwali gift for my husband and hence ordered a pair of luxury shoes. Everything was very smooth until the delivery which was a pain to co ordinate. That wasn’t enough when the product when reached to me was a wrong product and that’s when my fear turned into reality.
I could not reach out on their number.
Whats app messages went unread and calls unanswered.
Didn’t know who and where and whom to reach out to .
