Respected Sir/Ma'am
An order of "BLACK TEXTURED SLING BAG" - "LYCHEE BAGS" was made on with the following details :
PLaced on : -**th September ****
Order No. - *******-*******-*******
Payment Mode - UPI.
The product that we had recieved was a MULTICOLORED FLORAL BAG instead of the Black bag we had ordered.
The multicolored floral bag we had recieved was missing brand tags and other items even though the packaging seemed to be sealed.
On placing the return request for the wrong order delivered to us. The Myntra.com team has tactfully declined our request for the same by telling us to wait for **hours everytime we raise the complaint. This has been on going for almost a month now.
We request to kindly initiate the return process and issue our refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
