Myntra.com - Wrong product received and company not giving back refund

They delivered a wrong product to my address. Now they are not accepting return and not giving refund.
I ordered a Black Tommy Hilfiger wallet and I received an entirely different product. It was a different wallet and a different color.
Now they are saying that we checked our evidences and it's proving that we delivered the right product, when neither have I given access to that, nor there is any verification from the customers end.
