Myntra.com - Refund for 2 canceled items

I have canceled an order on * May, **** but still haven't received the refund. They have shared an incorrect bank reference number.
I contacted the bank and they said that the money was not successfully initiated by Myntra.
I tried calling them multiple times to get the correct bank reference number but they not helping.
I want my money asap.
