- Wrong product delivered Refused exchange Open
I ordered a watch (Noise
ColorFit Caliber Smartwatch - Metal Black) from GoNoise official website with Order ID : #******* and
Order Date : March **, ****. However I received a completely different product (ie., Noise Colorfit Pulse Grand) instead.
I later raised a complaint with the company with Complaint Id: ******
I have since then followed up multiple times and shared the video prof of the unboxing with their customer care executive as well on whatsapp as requested by them (Tabish-**********).
Now, I receive a mail from them refusing to make the refund/replacement.
I have wasted a lot of time with follow-ups and finally they refused.
I request for a compensation of the time spent in followups and wrong product.
