Gonoise - Damaged strap delivered with a non working watch

I received a smart watch on *st May **** I was shocked to see a damaged strap still tried to continue to use however the watch didn't work for any notifications..tried reaching to the customer care technical team raised a complaint it's * days now nothing is resolved nor fixed my compliant ID is ****** ... I also received threatening messages from gonoise saying my complaint will not be resolved if I speak harsh .. is this why I made a purchase I am taking this seriously and raising this complaint
