gonoise - Defective product recieved and return to warehouse

i have purchase go noise shot pro * on ** th July and received my product **th july but defective one . i filed a online complaint on **th July ticket id *****. they agree to pick up item for checking the same . same item delivered at there warehouse on **th july for conduct quality check but till date there is no response from there side . whenever i call to noise cutomer support thay always said that your product i successfully delivered to warehouse and we will see after check .
they are making fraud and misleading statement.
Kindly help me get my item back with perfect condition or money will be refunded by there team.
