I have ordered a product on amazon on **feb costing **** INR. They sent me the wrong product. I called their support and asked to return it. They said we can only replace. I said ok. Next day replace failed as delivery boy didn't show up. Called again. They said now we can only file a return. I said ok do that. Return again cancelled with the same reason. Called them thrice. They said we have replacement and return both options for this complaint. I said make a replacement then. After * days replacement arrives but guess what the new box was ***g and damaged and my actual packet was ~*kg. I can clearly see that inside that box there is a toy of hardly **rs. I rejected the replacement and called amazon again. After which * subsequent pickups are arranged by them but all of them are cancelled one after another and all this took ** days approx. Then they promised me that we will refund your money if this time pickup got failed. I said ok but guess what this time again nobody showed up to pick the package up and when I contacted him they said we have escalated problem to our another team and hence we can't process the return. The new time again arranged pickup twice and both of which got cancelled. Now they don't reply my mails and chats. And my rs **** are trapped by them. I have all the screenshots of chats and mails that I have explained.
