Received a wrong product I returned it immediately and sent video on Amazon app they approved my return pickup and no body came for return pickup and called customer service again and again for five days numerous complaints for many time they reel me they solve but they didn’t but today I called they told me they solve and after so many times they forwarded and they cut the call and stopped me from using the customer service and blocked me now I can’t able to return the wrong product and. The return window is over
