Dear sir,
My cancellation refund of Rs-**** not received in my Amazon pay balance. I have purchased online through Amazon a product and cancelled the product due to not shipping in time. I have cancelled the product on **-**-** but my refund is not received as on date. I have complaint to Amazon customer care several time but amazon representative always said that your refund is showing successfully, it may be issue by third party company axio. I have purchased through Amazon online but not give satisfactory response and my amount of Rs-****/- not refunded. Please look the issue and resolve please.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
