I ordered two Lehengas on Jiyame Studio website and decided for cash on delivery,within * days i recieved the product and i paid through GPay to the delivery person.When I opened the package i could see only one dress material is present that too completely different one -not the ones i ordered.When immediately i contacted the seller i could see only one gmail id and a phone number present in the customer support..I mailed them same day twice and whatsapp the number.He could see my msgs as I saw blue ticks but he did not respond.next day when i called that number it showed switched off.No reply in mail.No option in the site for return request.When I checked the site with my account the payment status was showing pending.I called the delivery man he said **** amount is debited from his account same day.so they took the money and in their terms and conditions its written to generate a return request we need to contact their customer support which is the only number given.Multiple times contacting them they switched off the mobile and not reaponding to mails.He is not refunding such a big amount to me.I really dont want to lose my money.When I checked the number in true called its registered with name Fashion Divana and number is from Gujurat,India.When i checked in facebook that sites community i could see other * to * people also faced the same fraud.Please verify the case and put that person into prison who is frauding people's money and please help us get our money back.I have proof of my payment transaction.
