Myntra online shopping - Wrong product delivered and denied refund

I have bought American Tourister trolley bag on myntra online shopping on **th July ****, they delivered completely different product and different size, the same day raised request for refund, my request got denied, after so many complaints raised by me was closed simply, i told them that I am moving to abroad, since, i will not available from **rd august **** but they didn't respond at all. Please help me to get the correct product or refund....
