i had ordered a boot from Myntra and instead I had received a tshirt. I had raised this issue with the customer care but everytime they came up with robotic response. This has been going on for over a month and they keep on iterating to provide the bar code on the transparent sheet, but the product did not come with one. I had told this to them several times but to no avail. They are hell bent on cheating customers and now they have even stopped replying to my mails and all i am left with is a tshirt which i am not interested in and monetary loss which they are not refunding. i would be very glad if my complain can get resolved somehow. Shame on Myntra!!
