Well, I have heard a lot of cases where wrong products are being delivered online, but having it experienced shook me up. And I never expected I will experience this with such a big brand like Amazon.
I order a Garment streamer online through Amazon and they have send me a useless Coffee maker. How can a big brand like Amazon do such a silly mistake, and if this has happened, it is their responsibility to make things right. However, they are well ignorant about the fact they have not fulfilled their commitment by sending wrong product.
All they want from me is return the product and take the refund. I have been chasing them through emails and Twitter, the only help I get from them is "cancel the order and take the refund". When I try to order the same product, the price is not same, it has gone up due to some reason. Above all, they have cancelled my order on their own.
I PLACED an order, WAITED for * days, they delivered the WRONG PRODUCT and made me crazy, HELD my money and expects me to cancel the order as they cannot fulfill their promise. I can not imagine things happening during this pandemic which gives another stressful situation to a long standing customer.
Why do I pay extra for Amazon's blunder. It should be their responsibilty to deliver the correct product which was promised. If they are unable to fulfill their promise then they should compensate me with the extra amount.
So I have a small request from such a big company that please deliver the product I ordered and don't cancel the order on your own, you are not trying to make this right this way.
