Myntra.com - Wrong product deliverd

I had ordered a watch from myntra.com against order id *******-*******-******* for which i have already paid Rs ****/-. The order was placed on **nd july and i received the product on **th. But when i opened the packet there was a men's jeans. I called them and they acknowledged my complain but after two days they gave me this reply " Upon validating your case, we have reached the conclusion that the order for the products was shipped post a stringent quality check.
Hence, your claim of having received a wrong product is declined and unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return for it."
They are simply denying it and they are not even ready to refund me the money.
Kindly help me out
