I ordered a HIFI wireless earbud and got an mail from zippkart on ** july that its on the way. On *st August the order reached to me and on the packet were all the right details but on opening i found that the product which was a wrong product, wireless earphones i*S tws.I even emailed them twice with the complaint but I got no feedback. I am filing this Complaint and want refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please direct me to whom I should contact to give the product back for verification.
