I ordered a Satya Paul saree (Order ID FN**********) ** days ago which I had ordered for my mum's retirement. But when she opened the parcel, there was a trouser in it which was really disappointing at the time. But I still had hopes that I would get my correct order. So after back and forth of emails, wrong product was collected twice and sent back to us both times saying product failed QC check as this is not what they had shipped. So instead of investigating further, today they told me they can't refund my money.
Now I have lost my money and have been harassed mentally by this experience and this company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
