Kindly update me, when you should create Return Pick-Up & the product should be picked up. From last * Months after purchasing from your E-commerce site {TATA CLiQ} I am mentally tortured by you & your team. I am in position to do any thing and all responsible goes to you Mr. Vikas Purohit {CEO}. I mailed you, twitte you & whatsup you regarding help but no response from your side. This shows that you should act like a FLOGGING OF A DEAD HORSE.
Mr. Vikas Purohit be sincere you are a CEO of TATA CLiQ, you are a responsible person, and I request you several times regarding return of wrong product. If any wrong step should be taken by me, then you are responsible for that. Mind it. I am fully depressed and tortured by you since * Months.
I have placed an Order HP Laptop on **/**/**** which should be delivered to me on **/**/****.
When I opened the box product should be of different model.
At that time I called a Customer Support and raise a complain regarding delivery of wrong Model & create a return request of that particular product.
They provide me mail id and what’s up number, and told me to forwarded the images of particular product. After waiting for a long period of time your team should decline my return request.
Mr. Vikas Purohit ji, I request you kindly take necessary action against my Order Id:- *********, and return the wrong product which should be delivered to me as soon as possible.
Otherwise I should take hard step, because I am fully Depressed and Mentally Tortured by you and your team after purchasing a HP Laptop from your E-commerce site {TATA CLiQ} and all responsibility goes to you, Your team member of TATA CLiQ & CEO Vikas Purohit, whom I request many times regarding return of wrong product which should be delivered to me.
I am also forwarded you a Hard Copy of Legal Notice regarding my issue to your Head Office Address in Mumbai which should be delivered on **/**/**** Vide Registered Letter through Indian Post Vide AWB NO. RJ*********IN
