Apollo 24 7 Online Pharmacy - Wrong Medicines delivered

On **th September, i ordered Medicines for myself for urgent use in my office as i didnot have the medicines with me for the day. I suffer from Heart related issues and Diabetes and need to have medicines on time. Delivery person dropped medicines and went away without OTP. Further the shipments were in a package made of recycled old papers. When we opened the package it was found not a single medicine belonged to me. On their App they donot have a option to report wrong delivery and only have one for returns. When contacted on phone the CS personnel asked for photos of box and bill. When we told them that the medicines were not delivered in box and was also not accompanied with bill. When complained on email, they informed to use return tab on App. I had to purchase medicines once more since my health doesnot allow me to go without medicines. Will Apollo Pharmacy **x* be repsonsible if someones health is compromised because of their haphazard delivery tie-ups. ****/- cost mentioned by me is as I had to buy medicines twice but about the stress given by them for not delivering correct medicines?
