Apollo 24 7 Online Pharmacy - Refund not given for nearly expired medicine

I placed Order no #********* with Apollo *** online on **July **** paying Rs ***.* basing the site description - product is expiring on or after **.*.****. But I received products expiring Dec ****, hardly in * months. As I cant use old stock (due to the health issue ongoing for more than an year now), I requested refund of complete amount to my source bank account after return pick up.
Attached is the bill, product image and the fake product expiry date apollo has mentioned on site.
Apollo initially pretended to accept the return request #RE*YDGC and later cancelled it from their side. Between service agents called me pushing for repurchase with Apollo health credits they will tentatively refund. I insisted on full refund in the source payment mode.( including the packaging&handling charges as none of orders delivered were useful). Despite communicating to level*, helpdesk@apollo***.com, grievance@apollo***.com the product is not picked up(more than a day now), not refunded and they have not given even an intimation of it.
Please help me get complete refund of Rs ***.* to original mode of payment. Old stock delivered to me is kept intact, ready for return.
