We have received fibre style sensor but they have sended both time defective piece actually first time we inserted to hand that sensor was not at all working it was showing like connected to other device then we thought like we have inserted wrongly then again I ordered the same in apollo online second time also they have sended same defective item.only then I called customer care they told u have ordered in July it raising complaint on august that’s not acceptable then I told ok but take complaint wtever we ordered on august then I told ok but * week over they have not solved my problem
